The following day he presented his views at a meeting of Bolshevik members of the national conference of Soviets of Workers&#8217; and Soldiers&#8217; Deputies in the form of theses published afterward under the title &#8220;The Tasks of the Proletariat in the Present Revolution&#8221; (pp. 32-36).
